The Bees are six points ahead of Sean Dyche’s side but have played two games more and a win would firmly drag Thomas Frank’s side into the relegation picture.

Burnley will be without captain Ben Mee who has a knee problem with Nathan Collins in line to deputise.

Dale Stephens could return to the matchday squad after injury but Matej Vydra has suffered a dislocated elbow on his return to training from a hernia operation and remains absent. Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Erik Pieters are also out.
