Nigeria vs Sierra Leone Live

Nigeria have been struggling massively for Sierra Leone in terms of form at the moment, they’re currently on a five-game winless run and will look to end this dry spell with a victory against Sierre Leone.

The away side haven’t played a game in some time, but when they did they were victorious. They last played on March 29, when they claimed a 2-1 victory over Congo in a friendly fixture. Now there’s the qualification for AFCON on the line, and with this being the first game, both sides will be looking to get off to a good start.

New Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro has a full 27-man squad at his disposal, including the likes of Ademola Lookman, Ahmed Musa and clinical Napoli forward Victor Osimhen. It’ll be interesting to see who he picks for his first-ever match.

Sierra Leone have named a 25-man squad to take on the AFCON qualifiers. This includes the likes of Queens Park Rangers’ Osman Kakay and Tottenham midfielder Kallum Cesay. They also have Steven Caulker available at the back.

Neither side have any suspensions they need to worry about.
